The foundation of Adroit Business Leaders (ABL) is e-learning leadership, facilitation, and instructional design. Adult learners are taking courses in order to keep their jobs or enter a new career field. Most adults desire to acquire knowledge at a time and place convenient for them. Organizations need to train employees within time constraints while ensuring these employees do not fall behind on their everyday tasks. One solution is to incorporate e-learning into training programs.

During an effective e-learning event, learners acquire knowledge by interacting with their facilitator, course content, and other learners.
